As Spring energy stirs within, it’s the perfect time to explore something new, perhaps a yearning for deeper connections to self and others. “What is Your Nature?” offers a chance to step out of the everyday rush and tune back into your inner Nature.

Intake
Once you’ve booked, we’ll schedule a 30-minute intake conversation to discuss the topic you’d like to work on (no cost, it’s included within the workshop price).
What to expect:
Saturday 8 March 2025 at the beautiful Sufi Temple, we’ll explore what happens as we truly pause, listen and care for our inner nature. There will be constellations, guided meditations, soulful music, and nature walks and the chance to tune into your heart’s wisdom. It’s also a wonderful way to meet likeminded people!
We will guide you through practices designed to nurture your inner being, helping you cultivate the insight and energy needed for the next phase of your life.
